Ron Artest: I Drank Because I Didn't Care

Ron Artest says he slammed booze during NBA games ten years ago because he was too young to realize how stupid a decision it was at the time.



Artest was in Hollywood the other night, where he explained "I didn't really care about everything that I had that was golden in my hands ... it took me a long time to understand that god has blessed me."

Recently, Ron revealed that he would take shots of Hennessy during halftime while he played for the Chicago Bulls ... who were a losing team at the time.

He was also charged with assault on his chick & dog fighting a couple yrs ago but don't hear about that huh? KingS were going to boot him over it.
He's a DOG who was blessed but you don't see him donating to any shelters (for women or dogs)
