Her shirt is different at the top, her cuff is longer, and the canvas at the top has more red.

1. The shirt top is fixed to stop the cleavage look.
2. The sleeve of the jacket on her left arm is changed
3. It looks like she is also missing a watch or bracelet, but its really hard to tell.
4. There was also some oddity with the overhang above her head. more red.

TMZ there are actually 4 differences. Her shirt is different at the top, her cuff is longer, the canvas at the top has more red, and she had no Bracelet on her left arm.
