The only upside we see to this: The Prince vows to spend all his time in Sacramento ... which means he'll be far far away from L.A.

I saw him on CNN. He was in Beverly Hills, and there was a fat, strange and very loud crazy woman yelling at him, she kept saying "First, first, ha ha I am first" as she tried to unzip his pants. I then realized it was SIMONE, the mental patient who makes all those asinine comments on TMZ, she is rather like a turd in the punchbowl, she just has to ruin every party!
