Britney's Lawyers: Stay Out of Her Life!

Britney SpearsLawyers for Britney Spears' conservatorship have made their move to keep confidential "critical information" about Britney and her children.

In legal papers obtained by TMZ, attorneys Geraldine Wyle and Jeryll Cohen are worried that personal and medical information will leak out into the media unless it's put under legal lock and key.

In their argument, the attorneys note that "A Google search for Ms. Spears' name yields 54,300,000 hits." And they go on ... "Photographs and personal information, particular information of a highly confidential nature (such as personal medical information of Ms. Spears and her children), can potentially reap thousands if not millions of dollars."

The information is so sensitive the lawyers note on the open market "The possibility of such enormous profits presents a substantial risk that Ms. Spears' most confidential medical and personal information will be disclosed."

So the attorneys want the sensitive info about Britney, Sean Preston and Jayden James sealed, and stat.

They must have a whole lotta dirt to hide! Stuff that would probably be the final nail in an already well hammered coffin.

Hm ... like the info about her threatening to take out her little one, and herself?

I guess she thought that the bathtub would contain the mess. Right?

I couldn't agree with these lawyers MORE. Their medical history is NOBODY'S business. Some things are off limits. That's at the top of the list. As for Kooky, go away. Really stupid stuff and not relevant to much of anything here on TMZ.

Of course her medical records are personal. But everyone already suspects she is bipolar, etc.

This is whom Britney needs to be worried about --

Ladies and Gentlemen , here is the bitch that leaks everything to TMZ when it comes to people's arrests , mug shots, investigations, etc. -
Her name is Vania Stuelp -- a former TMZ producer who is now the deputy public information officer for the L.A. County court system.

May she rot in hell.

Aren't medical records already protected by:

Doctor/Patient confidentiality
HIPAA (Federal)
Doctor/Hospital Security Measures (like a "lock" on the filing cabinet)

????

Why should she need MORE protection? And further, who really cares? Her medical history doesn't seem all that fascinating.

A search actually comes up with only 181,000 hits and the entire first page of "hits" is about ONE incident from TWO years ago.

All a doctor has to do is keep the paper records securely separate and have a password on her electronic records. I hardly think lawyers and courts have to be involved.

Is Brittany getting a bit full of herself?

Wow, she must really really be one bad mother. Put Kevin down all you want Britney is far worse... odd how in one breath people will rip apart one celeb for doing nothing wrong but then defend those who are really *uck ups. Well her lawyers themselves just opened this can of worms, anything to keep everyone Googling this tragically wrecked pop princess.

so sick of hearing about this no talent has been. If anyone of your neighbors was caught driving with their baby in their lap or out of a car seat (TWICE), had accidents, erratic behavior, and drug use, who couldn't even be allowed to control her own money, activities or friendships with parental consent you all would be screaming for her head, demanding that the kids be taken from her permanently for their own safety and sanity.. but it's Britney and she's 'hot' so it's all just peachy and she should be admired for getting her sh!t together? I don't' think so she is a well herded cash cow that would crash and burn on her own, the only reason her family pulls the puppet strings like they do is for the money. If they were not rich and in the pseudo celeb spot light Britney would be living in a tin trailer with a couple more kids living off welfare, ciggs and twinkies... and none of you would care, most would put her down.

Of course they should be private, as well as everyone else's. Why do people think they have a right to their personal lives? It's gone way overboard. Look what happened to Lady Diana. They might make millions but is it really worth it when you can't even take your child to a movie without being rushed in a backdoor everywhere you go? Their private life is just that, private and not anyone's business.

Good - do whatever it takes to keep them sealed and out of the hands of TMZ, etc. Her medical history is none of our business.
