THis is so crazy. The mother is obviously a victim of domestic violence. The courts are supposed to be educated about this and understand that the victims often defend and enable the abuser. The judge must be out of his mind. I don't care what this lady says, allowing this man back to live with her is putting her life in danger. Nancy must be sucked in too. It's really pathetic.

She hated the press while skating and she suddenly showed up yesterday on one of the entertainment shows giving her opinion on the current Olympics. If her brother was not in trouble she would not be anywhere near any of those shows. She is an ICE princess in more ways than one.

I agree with the DA! This man shouldn't be living alone with mom. He's clearly in need of help. This is the proper way to protect a legally blind woman who can't seem to acknowledge what her son's actions have caused here. Tragic! Nancy's daddy may have had a heart prob but if he wouldn't have been choked so hard, he'd still be with them. They didn't get that fact. Rather than face these facts, they have chosen denia which is SO SAD. All parties involved need to seek counseling.

Actually Lee someone who is mentally ill with a HISTORY of assault WILL assault again unless some sort of treatment is implemented.. period! This guy beat his wife and was jailed for it, he beat his father and the man died. Now he is home on house arrest with his elderly mother? I don't give a rats as$ if it's a mental illness or just a mean personality this guy has a history of assault and abuse and should NOT be left alone at home with the wife of the man he murdered you idiot.
