The drinking age in British Columbia Canada is 18 years I don't think any of the girls on the hockey team were under 18 and there is no law against smoking cigars. They were also not simulating going down on each other in puplic. The photo's were privately taken and leaked, this wasn't done in public and was just a harmless toasting party.
Please Harvey do not mumble the questions then answer them, sometimes can't make out what you are talking about.
