Kill his image? ARE YOU F-KING KIDDING ME? He was a DRUG addict for MANY years. And remember, an addict NEVER tells the truth. They say they are clean (or sober) and then die from an overdose. It is the same script every time. Just the names have been changed.

Of course his name is linked to a drug cartel in San Diego. In case no one has been paying attention, their police chief is a big spinmeister.....but the drug trade is full on, happening.

So...okay I was a Corey fan..but the only ONE responsible for his death was him...He was a JUNKIE....end of story. Yes, Dr's non Dr's write scripts for stuff they don't need, but if not them someone else will.

Anna Nicole, Heath, Michael J..they are all responsible for their own habits....NOT Dr's or caretakers...THE END

Reality check. What the Hell is everybody is Hollywood ( Wackoland) getting so uptight and upset about. They all want sympathy for their addict friends. Hey wake up morons, You have been given a one in a million chance aat success and guess what, you think you can do anything and a) get away with it beacause your a wannbe star b) the rukles dont apply to you and c) yur an idiot and guess what DRUGS kill and the dont care if you are black, white, rich or poor, educated or a rap, hip hop star or whatever.

I for one am sick of all these whinning wannabees. obody holds them down and forces them to take drugs. Obviously these weak individuals that thrive on attention are less than quality in the intellect department. Start making better choices and everyone complains that he wwent before his time... not if they choose to do drugs...

A Reality check.... Just another wasted liofe and he cannot blame anyone but himself.

Note to Cory Feldman. If you were such a good friend you should have done something. It was obviously bnot a secret if everyone in Hollywood knew he was unemployable.

corey feledman thank you for being corey haims friend=I just firstoff would like to say, that I was quite surprised at the commentsthat came from celebrities , like melissa gilbert, and others. I'mamazed that they made comments. Where were they when cory was introuble and not successful and lost all his money. I didn't see oneof them helping him or even being his friend. you all stepped awayfrom him when he was really bad and needed a friend and not one ofyou reached out to him, except for corey feldman who was his truefriend. I just want you all to know that you celebrities think youhave it made with making money and your movies and you think you'rebetter than everyone. but you're not in God's eyes and one day youwill have to face Him alone, and you won't be able to take your moneyand your fancy cars with you. Hollywood celebrities you ought to beashamed of yourselves for not being there for one of your fellow actors. well any ways god bless you corey feldman

You guys are really mean. Whether he was a drug addict or not he was still someones child, Someones friend, Someones something. His death was sad enough and for them to have to read such hateful things about him is horrible. He had a problem and it took his life. Why would you want to ruin his memory?!

RIGHT ON ASHLEY...AT LEAST EVERY PERSON IN THIS WORLD IS NOT MEAN AND HATEFUL LIKE THE MAJORITY OF THE COMMENTS I READ ON THE BLOGS. I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH HATEFUL THINGS SAID ABOUT PEOPLE UNTIL THE MESSAGE BOARDS OF THE BLOGS BECAME THE "IN" THING. NO ONE SEEMS TO CARE THAT THESE ARE REAL PEOPLE DYING ALL AROUND US

For Corey Feldman not to attend his so called Best Friends funeral is ridiculous, & saying it was bc of "press" that kept him away is a bunch of BS!! As we all know Corey F. is a BIG MEDIA WHORE!! I mean to say "I didn't come bc of press" & then make a point to go outside & explain to the "press" the meaning of his tattoo. Sounds like he wanted more attention & not attending the funeral would get him more attention. It was Corey H's funeral I mean come on it was supposed to b about him & his life left behind. In saying that I think it was a good thing Corey F. wasn't there bc he would have wanted the spotlight on him. TRYING TO STAY RELEVANT!! We all saw that Corey H.'s body wasn't even cold yet when he calling up Larry King & going on air with his version of what happened. & then having a memorial for Corey H. on his own with cameras involved. Come on now.. & we all saw what a "spectacle" he wanted to make for himself at Michael's memorial. I mean getting out of the car & waiting until someone was watching him & then doing his little M.J. impression. I mean damn Corey where is ur dignity, I guess it's down the toilet with ur career. However I applaud him for trying to help his friend out numerous times but it seemed it was only to try to keep the last friend he had around. & I AGREE with wambo, the singing STOP PLEASE!! LOL
& also agree with PaddyBoy, fans couldn't get thru to him just as family couldn't so for Corey F. to say his fans should have supported him & helped him get clean is just as stupid as it sounds. "Celebs" don't listen to their fans & C.H.'s fans haven't seen anything from him n yrs. for a reason it seems he was more concerned with the moment & what he wanted to do instead of his future & how we was going to pay his biIlls or buy his meds. It's sad he used to b talented but drugs took that away from him & all of us. I truly feel sorry for his family & friends but Corey F. congrats on staying clean & sober thru out all the temptations out there n Holly Wood but also congrats on making urself look like a complete tool & trying to stay relevant for the moment. I guess it just goes to show how much of a "true friend" u really were. & I hope when someone else passes u will learn from this bc I'm sure u wouldn't want someone to do the same if u met ur untimely death.
& also for Corey H. to turn down Dr. Drew numerous times showed he wasn't ready to give up his addiction.
& Christine, I agree with u, I'm SURE the bottle of Oxy's wasn't from Oct. I mean we all know how his addiction ran him & we all know addicts know exactly what they have & where it is at all times.
Myself being an "ex" pain pill popper knows the effects range from person to person, my dr's prescribed pain meds (not as strong as Oxy) to me after a major surgery & it made me hyper not sleepy so maybe that's a feeling of euphoria that they want to experience mostly bc most addicts have low self-esteem & most also suffer from depression so whatever they can take to get them out of their slump is what they prefer.
I really wish celebrities would realize that they r n the public eye & some ppl. admore them & look up to them & in order for them to continue to work n the fast paced world of Holly Wood they should stop & look deep into themselves to c the harm they r doing to themselves & their careers. There r plenty of rehabs out there & plenty of success stories to prove that there is a "normal" life after addiction. How many more 'celebs" do we have to loose before it's too late. The dr's & the gov't should really crack down on this growing problem if they did we would all still b watching Anna Nicole, Heath Ledger, D.J. A.M., Michael Jackson & Corey Haim.

It is very easy to look at another humans flaws, and judge. Our ego loves it, thrives on it. Why wouldn't it? It allows us to feel superior, to make us right and them wrong. But its not so easy to look within ourselves, to really face our own shortcomings, our secrets.

Everybody dies; some die young, some die old but we all must die. Making fun of or saying hateful things about a person’s death is just a means of hiding from the frightening truth of one’s ultimate end that will seem to come far too soon. Death will come no matter how hard you try to stay its inexorable pace. Whether you live a virtuous life or party hard the end will come.
No one is without fault in this world and yet so many ridicule others they don’t even know nor have any idea of their personal pain or monsters that haunt them. We all have our personal drug of choice; whether it comes in an illicit form or something seemingly as innocent as runners’ high or blogging hate speech to keep the monster at bay. Look in the mirror and remind yourself of those fears that you keep bottled up in that dark space you try to hide from and maybe you will realize that these people you ridicule are not so removed from us all.
If you know someone that is suffering and using drugs or something else destructive to ease the pain; don’t wait until it’s too late to help them as it seems Corey’s friends may have done. Sometimes all it takes is someone to listen and sometimes it takes a great deal of effort but to allow a life to end before it’s time could become another monster of your own to deal with after they are gone.
I’ve seen far too many people die alone before their time and so many that could have been saved with just a bit of help and love. We will never know the whole truth of this or the many other deaths that seem to happen so frequently these days, but for the sake of these poor souls’ loved ones, lighten up on the hate for as the old poem goes “don’t laugh when the hearse goes by for you might be the next to die”!
