Octomom Nadya Suleman received a very nice letter from someone who says he is truly sorry her house may go into foreclosure and, he says, "I can only imagine the anxiety that this must be causing you and your family." But this guy isn't just talk ... he's willing to pay off her home if Octo stars in a sex tape.
TMZ has obtained a letter from Steven Hirsch, Prez of Vivid Entertainment, to Octomom, in which he offers to pay off the balance due on the house -- around $460,000 -- if she's willing to take it lying down.
As we first reported, the person who sold Octo and her dad the La Habra, CA home says he'll initiate foreclosure proceedings if she doesn't pay up the $460k by the end of business on Tuesday.
Hirsch writes in the letter, dated March 20, "We have extensive experience in working with beautiful and sexy women." Hirsch cites Kim Kardashian, Shauna Sand, and former Miss USA Kelli McCarty.
No word from Octomom on what could surely be a star turn.

It may be sick, but I would so pay to watch her taking a big one!
This could bankrupt vivid if she does the tape and they advertise it heavily only for no one to see it because they'll will be puking. 4) A celebrity party goer...if they'll pay trash like Lohan and the cast of Jersey Shores to show up, they might as well pay her.

It's disgusting & disrespectful to prey on a mother of 14 kids at her lowest. There's something very wrong here. I don't like Octomom, but she is a woman, a mother and a human being. A lot of babies are about to be thrown out onto the street. There's absolutely nothing funny or interesting about this situation.
Vivid Entertainment are vultures capable of scooping low enough to exploit a desperate mother of 14 innocent kids for the sake of a profit. It doesn't matter how she became a mother, the fact is, she IS one. For shame!!! Is there no common decency on earth anymore?
