It's called being 54 years old. Look at your average 54 year old and then get back to us about her looking terrible. She looks fine.
People who comment on TMZ want too much perfection regarding the way people look. People don't have to look like supermodels to earn your respect, do they? No.

She has had plastic surgery. But then again, her 3rd husband is a PLASTIC SURGEON. Whether he did the work himself, doubtful.

The woman is not without wrinkles today, which would be bizarre and artificial-looking. But she looks very good for her age. Comes of keeping her weight stable and a healthy lifestyle in general. (It also doesn't hurt to be beautiful, with good bones and teeth, in the first place.)
A plastic surgeon spouse is just frosting on the ol' nip-tuck.
