Tiger Woods -- Ready to Swing Again

4/15/2010 5:46 PM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

Tiger Woods -- Ready to Swing AgainTiger Woods will golf again in 2 weeks -- despite rumors he and wife Elin Nordegren are getting divorced.

Today, Woods announced on his website he was "excited about competing" in the Quail Hollow Championship in Charlotte, NC -- a tourney that runs from April 29 to May 2.

Tiger has played the event four times before -- he's only won once.

Of course, Woods returned from a 5 month "break" from golf at the Masters last week, where he placed fourth ... and told reporters he'd "take a little time off and kind of re-evaluate things."

Tiger is also scheduled to play in the U.S. Open in June -- he's already a favorite to win.
