One day after Suge Knight was released from jail last week, the rap mogul allegedly masterminded a murder plot ... this according to legal documents.
An L.A. County Superior Court judge has ordered Suge to stay at least 100 yards away from a Los Angeles area man after an allegedly frightening encounter this past Friday.
According to legal docs filed Monday, the man claims Suge "had 8 guys come to my house and told them to get me or kill me."
As TMZ previously reported, Suge was arrested Thursday morning for assault with a deadly weapon. It's unclear if the man who got the restraining order was involved in the prior incident -- though he claims Suge later told him that "he was out now and going to take my life."
Suge is ordered to appear in court to respond to the allegations on June 8.

Isn't this guy rich? When you're rich you don't get involved with physical intimidation and stuff like that. You're rich, you're above that, you are busy with more elegant things than thuggery...
Always knew he would end up in prison, if he lives that long. He's got so many enemies and always guns involved in his drama, you just know how that always ends up.
Shoulda worked harder at being a businessman with a record company instead trying to be a thug.
Is his name Tony Rocky Horror? Did he give Suge's wife a foot massage?
HE IS NOTHING MORE THAN A STREET THUG. HE'S A MURDERER AND SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN LET OUT OF PRISON. HE NEEDS TO BE CAGED UP LIKE THE ANIMAL HE IS......
Makes me wonder what really happened to Tupac? Ive always thought that guy had something to do with his murder.
We had driven from OR, down to Hermosa Beach & up to the L.A. Mart wholesale clothing bld., up near 7th St., near the Los Angeles Train Station. Driving back we were in rush hour traffic, driving along side of Suge Knight. Before the Biggy incident. He was driving what I thought to be a custom Cadillac. It had a huge sun roof & there were about 6 people with him, 3 men, 2 women. The women looked to be as big as he was, no joke. The other men were huge as well. I started to say "nice car" to them, but they all looked so dour, so sour, I thought best of it. He is big, everyone was huge, it's no wonder the police had guns drawn.
And probably 10,000,000 of his ilk idolize this P.O.S. Just wonderful folks ... wonderful. And somehow it is all OUR fault.
LOL!
