MJ's Dad: AEG Has Blood On Its Hands

6/18/2010 7:15 PM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

AEG put such pressure on Michael Jackson to perform for his London concerts, they effectively forced Dr. Conrad Murray to heavily sedate the singer so he could get rest, which ultimately led to his death ... this according to documents filed with the California Medical Board and obtained by CNN.

0618_jackson_AEG_BN_2

According to the 169-page complaint, filed by attorney Brian Oxman on behalf of Joe Jackson, Michael had only sporadically attended rehearsals for the show, leading to a showdown with Michael Jackson on June 18 in which an AEG exec allegedly threatened to "pull the plug" on Jackson's rented home and fire Dr. Murray.

The complaint alleges Murray -- who was allegedly promised $150,000 a month by AEG --  immediately began fueling Jackson with heavy sedatives, including Valium, Ativan, Versed and Propofol so the singer could sleep.

As we first reported, Murray gave Jackson Propofol virtually every night for six weeks -- until Michael died.

The complaint alleges AEG knew the dangers of Murray's treatment but ordered full steam ahead.  And, according to the complaint, AEG turned a blind eye to Murray's request for life saving equipment.

The complaint claims AEG was effectively practicing medicine without a license, by forcing Murray to take radical medical steps to protect the show.

The complaint claims, "Had AEG not violated California law and fulfilled its promise to provide Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation equipment and a nurse, Michael Jackson would not have died on June 25th."

111. I have a copy of the autopsy report with me. Michael was in relatively good health which means he was in pretty good shape for a 50 year old man. This does not mean that he was without some health issues. He had arthritis in fingers and lower spine ,a benign colon polyp, vitiligo,an enlarged prostate and chronic lung inflammation which was not a contributing factor to death, just a problem that meant Michael would have to be careful not to catch colds or flu and to take care if he did."The autopsy did not show any trauma or natural disease which would cause death."12,pg. 11 from actual report.
Michael would still be a live of someone else had not over-dosed him with propofol and other sedatives.

This just gives me so much more respect for Michael Jackson. Chronic lung infections, that's why he wore the masks! But the fact that he belted out those songs, danced his AZZ off, tour after tour, vitiligo, getting up on stage in front of millions. MJ endured a lot, more than we will ever know.

RIP, MJ...no more pain!

114. Autopsy report also stated basal ganglia calcification which could be a sign of early onset of alzheimer's.
Because there actually IS an autopsy, how can anyone believe Michael Jackson is till alive??!

I saw that too, but did research on it, he didn't have alzheimers and it was clarified further in the autopsy as well as stating lung infections did not contribute to his death.

Michael Jackson DIED of acute propofol, his body, eyes, organs, were swimming in it.

I dont' know what the heck 'tone' is reading! MJ was swimming and suffocating in propofol.

103. And if it's been revised for media consideration why do you consider it???? Michael was in good healthy in coroner's words.

It just doesn't make sense the way it was written.

You wrote the first part of it.

What good healthy person takes that kind of medicine? Propofol intoxication by 2.6 to 4.0 ml is absurd. The Benzodiazepines were more likely the cause unless you take medical pathology (chronic interstitial pneumonitis) into consideration.

Michael suffered from vitiligo and lupus. Some of that medicines he had to take for treating that diseases. Then he had to take medicines for anxiety (during the trial).
Then, as yourself said previously , the autopsy report has been revised by the media.

AEG knew about it all along, these money hungry devils want to know where every cent of their money goes, you think they never once asked or questioned Michael's health? If they did put an ultimatum on him days before, don't you think they were a bit interested as to why Michael wasn't showing up for rehearsals? Please people, Michael was an insomniac, if he took anything, it was to sleep and and probably pain killers, from what I have read up on.

Joe isn't the only one that is a greedy motha' here, just because he left a bad taste in every-one's mouth, doesn't mean he doesn't want justice for his son.

If all Michael's fans continue to Bash Joseph (about how he is a Greedy ass)then he will never have any credibility to his request for answers in Michael's death.

Maybe Murray saw everything that happened that fateful night, and in case, he cracks, no one wants to be around for questioning. Just saying. Hey, remember the missing security video footage. I wonder if Murray knows what happened to it. Hmmmmmmmmm. No one there that night wants to be around. JMO.

And also, he admitted to make use of drugs.

Yeah, when he had to face a zillion frckin' court cases, he was sued more times than anyone, for stupid AZZ stuff and he won! MJ's drug rehab, did anyone do any research on it back in the 1990's, it was a zen like rehab place, afterwards he comes back to a big chirstmas celebration at his house, thrown by Liz. Watch the Video, MJ was NO drug addict. I don't believe he was.

the Blinding

yes, it was Michael Jackson's fault for being an addict and dying but if Joe Jackson is going to play the blame game let's talk about why MJ was an addict in the first place. maybe because his father sold him and his brothers into the sick world of the music industry? maybe because he beat his children and only cared about him$elf? Dr. Connrad Murray should have never had been practicing medicine but he is the fall guy. he'll go to prison and the real killers will get away with murder. AEG put a lot of pressure on MJ with his life. he was scared to death and told his mother and Layota (according to her) that people were going to kill him. also, in 2005, during the trial, Michael told a family friend that he was so thin because he was afraid that people were trying to poison him. the friend rushed MJ to the nearest hospital in secret and had his nutrients and fluids replenished. Michael was trying to get away from the bad people (Sony) he was in debt to. it's 2010, no one needs to sign their souls away to become a musician! we need to wake up and stop worshipping these PEOPLE. we are making their handlers very wealthy while turning our idols into slaves for Satan. DMX is next to get killed--just you wait. he's already tried to turn Christian and he get's locked up for coke possession. and guess who was there to film it. TMZ. just like they were 1st to report on MJ's death. conincidence or conspiracy?

75. 63. Interstitial Pneumonitis
Regardless of etiology, UIP is relentlessly progressive, usually leading to respiratory failure and death. Some patients do well for a prolonged period of time, but then deteriorate rapidly because of a superimposed acute illness (so-called "accelerated UIP"). The outlook for long-term survival is poor. In most studies, the median survival is 3 to 4 years. Patients with UIP in the setting of rheumatoid arthritis have a slightly better prognosis than UIP without a known cause wiki
-----------------
Looking at the Autopsy Report (it's been revised for media consideration) Interstitial Pneumonitis is listed under Lungs.

Cleobird,
The chronic lung inflammation was not just a problem that meant Michael would have to be careful not to catch colds or flu. It was Interstitial Pneumonitis. Read above.
