Hours before Vince Neil was busted for DUI in Las Vegas ... he was toasting with the bubbly at a Daytime Emmy Awards party. 
Here's Vince with Reality Cares founder Todd Michael Kim (left), local entertainment reporter Alicia Jacobs (center) and chef Kerry Simon (right) -- we're told the pic was taken just a few hours before Vince was busted.
Vince was arrested on suspicion of DUI -- after he had an alleged run-in with a woman who claims she smashed his camera.

What a joke TMZ is to talk about a standard DUI being turned into a reckless but NOT MENTION ANYTHING ABOUT VINCE KILLING A GUY WHILE DRUNK DRIVING IN THE 80's or that he serious injured two others and got off with doing 15-days in jail of a 30 day sentence.

Saw Vince at Stage 13. Pitiful preformance. They were too drunk to play on time and when they did play Vince forgot the words to girls girls girls. He was so fookered up he was sluring on the mic, stumbling...it was a total waste of money, but fortunatly ALL the other acts were on time energetic and awesome.

Vince was totally wasted. Many of us witnessed it. His 'friend' Kerry Simon certainly knew it and still let him leave to drive, which is typical of any bar/restauranteur owner in Vegas where they have no liability. He did ****ter one fans camera and ruined another woman's when he assaulted her. I suppose that thru his drunken haze he thought his wife might not enjoy seeing him leave with some young girl, which was the case.

Dear number 15, thank you for trying your best to make the association that Vince's friend Kerry, or any other adult in life for that matter can assume control over someone elses free will. These people pictured with Vince left hours before the unfortunate incident happened--as "many of us witnessed".
