Danny DeVito was just minding his own business, performing his civic duty this AM when he showed up at the Beverly Hills courthouse for jury duty.


Little did Danny know ... his trip through the metal detector would be chronicled for the world to see, because he showed up just after Lindsay Lohan arrived.

Danny is in the jury assembly room right now.  Someone needs to pick this dude as a juror, assuming, of course, it's not a Limoncello case.
