Gee, the "state" isn't obligated for the "safety" of 99.99% of the other prisoners that go in general population. She, and any other prisoner, should get the full effect of what jail/prison is really like. Staying in solitude for 90 days or less is nothing compared to dealing with other inmates. This IS special treatment just because she is well-known.

Why did she get a ride in a cop car. Did she not show up on time?

One big question that no one one is asking, She was caught with drugs in her car, poor people go to prison for years for that. Why did she get off ?

WHO REALLY CARES? This is not going to do a darn bit of good..she has the attitude that she is above and beyond everyone and everything. Know the old saying, you can lead a horse to water but you can not make him or her drink.Perhaps she has a latent death wish, hope that she does not take anyone else with her by mistake.

Is is just me - or does anyone else think this driver is the spitting image of the actor from X-Files and T2.

Aren't hair extensions not allowed in jail. Can't wait to see her come out without them.

Lindsay Lohan is in the Century Regional Detention Center, a short distance from the closed Leslie Cantrell Dump which was in operation during the 1940s, a time of few government regulations on waste disposal. Many closed dumps had no cleanup and were simply covered over by a few feet of soil, encapsulating carcinogenic chemicals and highly explosive, highly flammable landfill gases. If the Cantrell Dump was never properly remediated, Century Regional Detention Center may be a very dangerous and unhealthy place for staff and prisoners, including Lindsay Lohan.

#92 it is the addicts fault that they became this way, they chose to take the drugs or the alcohol. Or what ever the addiction is.
I used to be a heavy gambler and yes i chose to do that. And I can honestly say that I have not gambled since January. So it was her fault she became an addict and she should accept that fact that she chose to continue this destructible behavior.
