Lindsay Lohan's Mother Dina and Sister Ali paid a visit to Lynwood jail this afternoon ... and this one was special.
Visiting hours are normally limited to weekends, but we're told the Sheriff's Department can make exceptions if there are security or safety concerns.

they paid a visit to the jail HOUSE. Rules can be changed but TMZ didn't say they were. There is no mention that they actually visited Lindsay. Don't fall for the trickery.
