im thinking maybe lindsay switched lawyers because this one wanted a vacation, AND it was a good way to stay in the media for lindsay, with the media talking about her lawyers and not stalking lindsay so much, don't underestimate the cunning of lindsay, she's no dummy, she had to grow up early you know, because of lack of parenting, lindsay is very skilled at coping, however unbelievable it may sound u guys...

You need to be either awfully stupid or extremely evil to think that she should have gone in jail.
Constantly drunk runk people are poor people, addicts, who need to be taken on rehab for long long time and not jail. This is gross. What kind of rule is this? If you drive when drunk you eventually go to jail and get traumas for entire life? Drunk people CAN'T decide if the things they're doing are good or bad. So, they need to be taken to rehab instead of jail. Jail indeed can't help anyone as the lawyer said.
