Michael Jackson's ideal double feature -- an Adolf Hitler documentary with a Judy Garland chaser ... that's according to a video distributor who claims to have provided Jackson plenty of both.
Norman Scherer tells the NY Post that MJ had a penchant for collecting Nazi documentaries. Scherer, who owns a videotape distribution company, says Jackson had a "really good collection" -- which included, "Nazis -- Of Pure Blood," "Oasis of the Zombies" and "Hitler's Children."
Scherer also claims Jackson enjoyed Judy Garland's TV specials and dramas depicting troubled boys in dysfunctional families.

The first several comments pretty said it all! Why can't you people at tmz leave MJ and his family alone! As others have said alot of people love Judy Garland,and all of her movies were not like that,stop trying to make it out to be something it's not. Also kids study hitler in school,as well as others,but again(as was already pointed out)just because someone researchs/studies him does not mean they approve of what he did.

I think Michael would have loved to lead a whole army the way Hitler did. Look at some of his videos....he is there, in his "uniform", in front of the "soldiers".
But unlike Hitler, Michael wanted an Army of Love.
Maybe that was his dream - if it can be done to destroy people, it can be done the other way round, to save people.

This post is uncalled for. MJ was interested in a lot of historical people and events. Fans know that, but why make casual readers of MJ stuff think something more sinister.
If you want a real juicy story, post info about his old girlfriend - the young Arab woman - from the late 80s/early 90s. That's an amazing, beautiful love story! And not a lot of people know about it.

One of our cable stations (History channel, I think) shows WWII programs all the time. They will take entire days days and show nothing but programs on the Nazi's. He probably wanted to see Judy Garland dance and was probably trying to get self-help thru those other programs on child abuse. I like to watch Agatha Christie murder mysteries, the Olympics and just about any info-mercial out there - especially the Bullet Express and the G3 sweeper. Go figure.

Michael believed as did Hitler that the furture of the world LIES WITH OUR CHILDREN (in hitler's mind Hate, domination of, or control)
In MJ's interpretation lies with teaching our Children love and acceptance of all, which would be reflected in his music and words.
My brother (may he rest in peace, also studied Hitler tons of movies and press releases)...
So just because he did that.... does it mean something...No He always said U MUST KNOW HISTORY OR U R DOOMED TO REPEAT IT.

Sometimes it's a good thing to learn about bad people. By pretending Hitler didn't exist, or understanding where he came from and how he became so powerful, is to allow the same thing to happen again. History only repeats itself as long as people remain clueless about the past.

The man was most likely a history buff. Who cares what movies he liked? I know quite a few people who watch all the Hitler do***entaries and movies and they're not racist. Personally, it's not my cup of tea but they do give great insight into human nature and evil charismatic leaders.
