Woman Tosses Cat in Garbage Can (Yes, Really)

Take her to City Hall, rope her to a flagpole near the front doors, show the video repeatedly on a large screen and then on a Saturday morning throw her into a tiger cage at a major zoo, so the larger kitty's can play with her and show her what it's like to live in a container.

WTF, is wrong with society these days!! I'm not a cat lover, or hater, I have dogs but how could anyone put a poor cat into a sweltering rubbish bin with no oxygen circulating and leave it in distress to die a horrible death?! Luckily, it sounds if the cat escaped and is unharmed, other than a traumatic experience!! The woman definitely needs checking into, her mental state and if she's normal than charges for harming someone elses pet!
However, I'm not a PETA nutter that goes far, too far in protecting animals by making up posters denouncing even kids as pet torturers for accidents!! This was no accident but calling for the woman's death in a horrific way is far worse, for all we know the woman could have severe psychiatric or even mental health issues hm?! The cat SURVIVED!!

Hmm, I see a 15 hour sit down in that same garbage can. Lock it down tight and put a rock on it. Then leave it and see how she likes it. She has to live in the neighborhood. They'll find her, she has to have friends or someone that knows her.

I am glad that they have her picture and I hope they put it on the news so she can be identified. She sounds like a very sick individual.
