TMZ has obtained the first photo of Lindsay Lohan since she checked herself into jail July 20.
The picture was taken this morning at 8:35 AM at a parking garage in Beverly Hills, as Lindsay climbed out of the back of a decoy van, holding a Rockstar energy drink.
Lindsay -- who, we might add looks good -- got out of UCLA rehab yesterday.

Why do people get so excited about how small their iPods, phones, etc are, yet get excited over giant headphones? And these are the same people that would never wear earmuffs if it was cold out.

She looks much healthier now with colour in her skin and clothing covering the skin. She looks like she is at a decent weight too and her mind is almost at peace with the situation she is in.

Releasing her early was a mistake. She will never learn if they keep letting her off so easy.
