1. Guy masturbates at home into a small bottle/vial.
2. He saves the semen (most likely, improperly stored outside a refrigerator) until the opportune time to put it in her drink.
3. Semen eventually waters down as it ages at room temp.
4. At the opportune time, he pours the semen into her water bottle, then shakes it up.
5. She feels sick after drinking it, because it has old, improperly-stored semen in it.
However, she is no "hero"...just the victim.
