LeBron's Alleged Father Wants DNA and Gift Money

9/23/2010 4:05 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

LeBron James' alleged biological daddy claims his original DNA test was bogus -- so now he wants a new test to prove paternity ... plus a chunk o' change for what he calls "loss of gifts."

55-year-old Leicester Bryce Stovell filed new papers in his paternity case against LeBron and his mother Gloria -- claiming the basketball superstar's recent motion to dismiss the case is based on a "fraudulent" DNA test from 2007 ... and should be tossed out.

As we first reported, Stovell is seeking $4 million from LeBron and his mother -- claiming fraud, defamation and misrepresentation.

In the new docs, Stovell alleges Gloria falsified the 2007 test -- which showed a "0% probability of paternity" -- and he wants a second, more carefully supervised test.

And then there's this: Stovell wants $$$ because he lost "gifts of money" that he would have received from LeBron had the test proven paternity.

A man can dream ...

I think the state should get the back child support money, because you know his teenage mother was on department of public aid's payroll.

Piece of ****! Wonder how hard he would be fighting to establish paternity if his " biological" son was a carpenter or plumber?

Wow!...thats all i can say.. if the paternity test would've come out positive, how the hell does he know he would've received gifts? Since when is it mandatory to give your parents "gifts" when your rich or famous?..they do it because they want to and usually because the parents deserve it. A dead beat like that wouldnt get crap from me..Shiiiiiiiiit!!

They should take the DNA test and if he is the father, LeBron and his mom should sue HIM for back child support.

uhhh shouldnt he have to pay back child support to either james or his momma!!! sounds like a dead beat dad to me!

I thought Ryan O'Neill was a slimeball but this guy is this year's Father of the Year! First of all, if paternity is proven he should immediately be sued for eighteen years' child support since he never ponied up a dime. And as for a long-absent father suddenly coming out of the woodwork with his hand out and getting $4M from his grateful superstar son... well, that's highly doubtful.

There is so much more to Fatherhood than just being a sperm donor, and guys like him demean all the REAL men who actually STAYED and RAISED their kids! There is nothing in the world I have more disdain for than deadbeat dads!

Give me a break, two aspirin, and call me tomorrow. I was unaware that gift money was a legal issue. I certainly hope that he is not the father. I wouldn't want him to be mine.

Gift money are u serious.

I guess, they could file for back payment. Since he claims to ber the bio father. He should pay back child support. Otherwise, he should get lost. I wouldn't pay him a cent...

What lawyer is entertaining this mans delusions? It is obvious he has some mental issues and no case, so it makes one wonder what lawyer would represent such a fantasy and put his name on this case. The whole thing is one big embarrassment for anyone involved on the plaintiff's side.

Just when you think Michael Lohan is the s***miest sperm donor around, this guy pops up. And he's "alleged". Isn't there a law against frivolous lawsuits?
