In the scene they are filming he is hulling ass after a taxi, that is why he is wearing the fake feet. I mean he is running as fast as he can no way he could do that on bare feet over and over again.

Chris Evans is a VERY ATTRACTIVE man and he can act. I think has a pretty bright future in films if he keeps it up.

As for the "feet" it looks like Captain America meets Bilbo Baggins. His running scene probably lasts about 3 seconds so I guess it won't really matter. Ugly though.
