CBS Moves to Fill the Charlie Sheen Gap

2/1/2011 1:55 PM PST BY TMZ STAFF

The "Two and a Half Men" hiatus caused by Charlie Sheen is working out for some people -- because CBS just ordered more episodes of two OTHER shows to make up for it.

Charlie Sheen CBS Contract

According to The Hollywood Reporter, CBS has placed an order for two additional episodes of "Mike and Molly" and "Rules of Engagement" to make up for lack of new "Men" shows caused by Charlie's rehab.

Charlie's partying: Good for business ... just not his.

I haven't watched the show that much but it seems like his character is a moderate version of him in real life...they should just put his character in rehab

Charlie Who?????

Ah, how soon we forget. How about 1 1/2 men, makes sense to me.

Why can't he still do the show? It's not like he's in rehab. He's at home right now watching porn and doing coke.

WHAT IS THE BFD ABOUT CHARLIE SHEEN. HE IS A LOUSY ACTOR ON A TWO BIT FUNNY SHOW? I don't understand what the whole bit of his popularity is.
Another thing. You don't get true rehab at home alone. You need somewhere to go to share your stories and be surrounded by people who are like you with similar experiences. And thats where the the problems lies. No one is like him. He is a Corey Feldman in the making. Mark my words........he is a timebomb.

Good. We love to watch "Mike and Molly" and "Rules of Engagement" in my household, whereas, we can't take watching "Two and A Half Men" anymore because Charlie Sheen looks positively creepy and there's nothing funny about that.

The show must go on! This is the only show I enjoy. Why not have some one watch over him personally to make sure he stays not in rehab, but stays straight. Some person from a rehab assosiation He could surely afford it.The shows go on. some one responsible is making sure he is doing what he should be doing. He would not feel couped up, and out of place.

Mike and Molly? Are those the two FAT slobs? Yeah, that's what I want to see. Hell no. Engagement is tolerable, but it's no 2.5 men! Tape around Charlie!! No need for everyone to go down with the ship. Damn it Charlie, snap out of it and get back to work! We love you!

REHABBING AT they think we're stupid!!!!

There is no way Charlie is rehabbing at home especially when he has said time and time again "there is noting wrong with me" and "I'm not going to rehab".

Evidently the "suits" must think Charlie will be gone for quite a bit if they're adding more episodes of Rules of Engagement and Mike and Molly(love Mike and Molly).

Seem like everyone, the show, the entertainment business and the judical system are all enabling his problems/addictions for their own benefit. I hope Mr. Sheen survives everyone elses agenda.

Oh, now we replace him with other shows that are really just as low class. Save some money and dump them all.

I think the show supporting cast is strong enough to do
a few episodes without him.

So do all people employed by CBS have the right to use cocaine and then not get fired. Name one company that would keep an employee that was knowingly using drugs like that. What a double standard.

Whatever your opinion is of Charlie Sheen may be, the comments that say that the viewers are over him and over the show are silly. Just look at the ratings.

I adore the show. Charlie is such a darling. He is so sweet and sexy that even men would like to sleep with him.

Hey Charle: Have all the fun with all these women but not so much that you have to go rehab for. We all want you back. So please take it easy
