Home prices keep going higher and higher = cost of shelter eats away at a persons income which in tern causes less consumer spending and economy problems... real estate agents love the high cost becuase they get commission.

The higher the cost of shelter will determine how much disposible income a person has.. the more disposible income, the potential for more spending and better economy + people have a better LIFE!! the high cost of shelter is NO benefit to all!
