He is straight and he is in phychosis as doesnt know how tyo handle reality. My son did the same ranting when he was coming down also and had to go straight, its not pleasant, because they find fault in everything but their self and everybody is wrong and crazy. He looks like he is in withdrawl stage and unfortunate for the whole world to see. He should just hanf in there and stick it out and get clean and he will be fine, this is the hardest part but he doesn't see that.
