Judge in Sheen Custody Case: 'Questions of Abuse'

Am I the only one finding it strange that there are no members of Charlie's family (especially his dad) stepping in to help for the sake of the kids?

I wouldn't jump the gun on this one, there are lots of ways to take the term abuse. For example, just the fact they have two whackjob parents who are constantly trying to uproot the kids and keep them with a different parent every time one of em walks off the deep end could constitute some form of mental abuse.

He could be referring to drug abuse I guess...or she is playing her abuse card again. But he has never abused children.

Could be drug abuse, physical abuse, animal abuse... who knows what he is talking about. Obviously, there is more to the story than either ROL or TMZ have reported.

A FRIEND WHO IS A REPORTER JUST TOLD ME THAT BROOKE MUELLER "IS SLURRING HER WORDS, USING PROFANITY, AND APPEARS HIGH." IF THE JUDGE DOES NOT REMOVE THOSE BOYS HE IS GUILTY OF CHILD ABUSE.

are you serious is she really messed up in the court room I could never imagine being high on anyhing in a court room I would be way to freaked out haha but thats sad from brooke and just pethetic on her part this is the most important court date so far. I cant believe she even is still going for full custody she failed her part of the agreement and def. should stop thinking about her self and think for her kids and say she doesnt need to be around her kids till she can get clean but that prob wont ever happen.

Again:

Any judge who would even CONSIDER giving custody of those two babies to either on of these monsters should be DISBARRED and their robes BURNED.

No excuse for the behavior they have both displayed and continue to display. It's not as if there isn't enough evidence in the public domain to refuse them custody.

They seem to have a stable home with her mother...CHUCKLES parents and siblings obviously have no interest in caring for those babies.
