Ex-Miss USA -- I Was 'Molested' During TSA Pat Down

4/28/2011 11:55 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

Former Miss USA Susie Castillo claims she was "molested" during a security pat down at a Texas airport last week -- saying a female TSA agent touched her genitals MULTIPLE times.

Miss USA TSA

Castillo -- who won the Miss USA pageant in 2003 -- made the accusations in an emotional video she recorded moments after the alleged incident at Dallas Fort Worth Airport.

In the video, Castillo says during a full body pat down at the airport's security checkpoint, a female TSA agent "touched my vagina ... four times."

Castillo says the incident made her feel "molested" and "violated" -- so she filled out a complaint right after it happened.

So far, no comment from TSA.

Wow, if the TSA Agent did that then she had to have had her clothes off because that's the INSIDE. Apparently this woman doesn't know her own anatomy.

Did you speak up at the moment she touched your vagina the second time? ~ Maybe you were too stunned and waited until after the forth time. Stuff happens people.

For those of you who are saying she did not touch her vagina unless she was penetrated are completely stupid. That is the vaginal canal or opening, but from the **** to that opening is the vagina.

TSA Needs to be defunded and disbanded immediately. They have stopped no terrorist attacks and yet Americans are the ones that are being punished, merely for buying a plane ticket. Here's the 4th Amendment of the constitution:

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

How is this not a clear violation of that. they have no probable cause, and they certainly don't have a warrant. The TSA is in direct violation of the constitution. Time for someone to get a lawyer and sue the Screeners and the TSA.

Oh that's right..If I don't get all offended by TSA rules then I must be a sheep that can't think for myself. What a load of crap.

I have no problem with current TSA rules. Whiners will be whiners no matter that the rules are. There is no "illegal search and seizure" since you consent to the search when you choose to fly and they aren't seizing you. Have to love the sheeple who constantly throw that around.

Bottom line is that if you don't like the rules you don't have to fly. The rules are known (or you can google them), so once you buy that ticket you are saying "I agree to be subject to a search, pat down, etc". Whine all you want, but reality is reality.

The people have the right to all that and they can practice their rights by choosing not to fly. Once they choose to fly then consent to follow the rules and regulations put forth for that privelage. Simple. Show me where it is written that flying is a right..

Wow. You folks are really cruel. You know what, maybe she had something bad happen in her past and that really made her uncomfortable with this.

A friend of mine is an airport security trainer and he said TSA agents abuse their power all the time. It very well may be true-you don't f^cking know.
