Botox Mom Docs -- Don't Talk About Getting Paid

5/20/2011 6:00 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

Botox mom Sheena Upton, aka Kerry Campbell, has provided TMZ with documents that she says prove ... her whole spiel about injecting her daughter with the wrinkle remover was scripted.

In the stack of documents ... there is a lengthy rundown which Upton says she was told to follow when she did interviews for "Good Morning America" and "Inside Edition."

Among the instructions on what to say ... "She's [her daughter] going to be famous thanks to me giving her injections so young."  And there's this ... "I have found a clinic that will do boob jobs in Mexico at 14, so if she hasn't developed by then we're saving for that surgery."

And another passage reads, "I admire Lindsay Lohan's mum ... for turning Lindsay into a child millionaire."

Upton used a broker to arrange the interviews with GMA and "Inside Edition" and the broker is allegedly the one who provided the script.  And Upton claims the broker gave her some pretty specific instructions about not telling anyone she was getting money from GMA ($10,000) and "Inside" ($9,500).

Upton insists she never gave her daughter Botox, but was merely following a phony script for some quick money -- and GMA and "Inside" bought it hook, line and sinker.

The reporter who brokered the deal for The Sun, which ran the first story about Botox mom, tells TMZ, "She has doctored emails from me.  She has lied about the Sun.  She is attempting to extort money.  I saw her give the child injections."

Oh, one final thing.  The funniest part of the alleged script:  "Make up and hair done at studio.  Please don't chat to make up people about your interview."  Everyone knows, they have such big mouths!

She's still a terrible mother for making her child go along with the whole thing.

Google images of: "Kerry Campbell injecting her daughter with Botox". Screen shots from GMA come up and if you examine them closely you will see a syringe with a needle.

Using Paul Ekman's Facial Action Coding System you can tell the mother is lying. Typically, if you ask someone a question and they glance to their right (your left) they are creating something, or in other words lying. She does that repeatedly among other obvious tells.

News programs do sometimes pay for interviews and producers do try to show people in the worst light as it makes for better TV. Most of what she's telling Harvey in these clips are outright lies.

Perhaps she should not talk about money for fear of losing welfare "benefits".

the fact that the hospital tested her and found no evidence of Botox or injection marks, shows the mom is not lying about making up the story, however, she should be ashamed of herself for doing this to her daughter and both she and her child need extensive therapy.

I believe her. I have syringes without needles that I used to feed my sick cats. And that's not the way needle marks look, black and big. Since the CPS returned the girl, they must be pretty convinced nothing bad happened to her - well, making her take part in this charade was of course no good.

It should have been easy to check this story, such as talking to other beauty pageant mothers and have the girl checked by a doctor, still no one has.

The woman is a known liar. Even if other people lied and helped her perpetuate this fraud, she is not some kind of victim, she is still accountable for her own actions. She willingly participated in this scam. Being paid is not the same thing as having a gun to your head.

This is sick on so many levels I don't even know where to start !! I could understand a desperate woman telling a lie to the Sun to make a quick buck... why not since their whole paper is one lie after another anyway. What I can't understand is dragging your young daughter into it, making her lie and then shooting her with a REAL needle on GMA... regardless of whether it has any kind of drug in it. According to the Today show this morning the girl has been tested and there are no signs of Botox anywhere in here system thank goodness. But even more disturbing is that this is what news and media has sunk to... and it's because of people who buy those god awful rags !! So you, the consumer... can pat yourself on the back for this little girls pain if you're guilty. And I may not buy the magazines but I read the story online so that doesn't make myself or others like me much better.

"Kerry/Sheena is at fault for teaching her kid to lie on national tv and not being smart enough to realize the public outrage her story would cause."

She's also at fault by taking over $19K under false pretenses by selling the American media a phony story.

"but even if it had been true how about just letting the appropriate authorites deal with it and concentrating your supposedly brilliant parenting skills on your own kids?"

I can multi-task and do both. Can't you?

Still an issue if the mom would go to this extreme, lie or not for attention!!!!!!!!!!! Child should be removed from the household until the mother can get the proper counseling.

I've had those injection. You don't end up with black dots all over the place, that just looked ridiculous. Anyone who took more than a brief glace at the pics could tell they were fake.
