Botox Mom Docs -- Don't Talk About Getting Paid

5/20/2011 6:00 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

Botox mom Sheena Upton, aka Kerry Campbell, has provided TMZ with documents that she says prove ... her whole spiel about injecting her daughter with the wrinkle remover was scripted.

In the stack of documents ... there is a lengthy rundown which Upton says she was told to follow when she did interviews for "Good Morning America" and "Inside Edition."

Among the instructions on what to say ... "She's [her daughter] going to be famous thanks to me giving her injections so young."  And there's this ... "I have found a clinic that will do boob jobs in Mexico at 14, so if she hasn't developed by then we're saving for that surgery."

And another passage reads, "I admire Lindsay Lohan's mum ... for turning Lindsay into a child millionaire."

Upton used a broker to arrange the interviews with GMA and "Inside Edition" and the broker is allegedly the one who provided the script.  And Upton claims the broker gave her some pretty specific instructions about not telling anyone she was getting money from GMA ($10,000) and "Inside" ($9,500).

Upton insists she never gave her daughter Botox, but was merely following a phony script for some quick money -- and GMA and "Inside" bought it hook, line and sinker.

The reporter who brokered the deal for The Sun, which ran the first story about Botox mom, tells TMZ, "She has doctored emails from me.  She has lied about the Sun.  She is attempting to extort money.  I saw her give the child injections."

Oh, one final thing.  The funniest part of the alleged script:  "Make up and hair done at studio.  Please don't chat to make up people about your interview."  Everyone knows, they have such big mouths!

I actually hope she's telling the truth because then it makes TMZ look even more stupid for patting themselves on the back for punching holes in her story as they claim.

@justsay-exactly, not only do professional reporters live by spell check, it was obviously inserted mom with mum and color with colour. the typos were crazy. Practice was misspelled every time. however there are several other phrases and words that were used that are american in origion and not English. @uma's list include words that most americans recognize as british. however "TWEEN" is an american phrase used to describe preteens, it is not British. I don't believe that these emails were from any reporter let alone a British one. on pg 10 Mikayla is spelled differently three times as if to make it on purpose. the writer does not know the difference between were and where-again something that a reporter would know.

There's a problem here

When I first saw this poor child, aside from the mother's botox story, I thought she'd be laughed out of the pageant circuit. Good job mom! Now not only would she be laughed out of the pageant circuit, she'll also be ostracised in the regular world of little girls who can be as mean and critical as it gets. Good job screwing your kid up permanently. It still sounds like some kind of Munchausen thing where the mother wants attention and uses the child to get it. I hope this child never returns to that hellhole of a home that woman provides.

I don't know which is worse - actually injecting the Botox into your child...or lying about it and going on national tv. Either way, that kid is going to be VERY messed up over her mother's actions.

Thats the TMZ way, come out with a story (usually about non celebs or non relevant celebs) and then hammer it to death until you can't take it anymore. Then follow up with 10 more stories just to be sure you're tired of hearing about the person.

this entire story was created by the media, perpetuated by the media, and judged by the media. It has absolutely nothing to do with reality. Botox mom is no smarter or dumber than hundreds of others I encounter daily. Just cause she is an idiot, doesn't mean she is the bad guy here. You must realize that most humans are morons and few of us have IQ's above 130 which is totally evident if you read all the comments on TMZ. Plus, It takes intelligence and experience to hold your own in a heated interview where so much is at stake. She was totally taken advantage of. I hope she gets a good lawyer and sues the Sun for millions!

I'd really love for someone to get a hold of various emails she sent. I suspect the same sorts of grammatical and spelling errors that are in these emails will appear in her own writing.

Have you people ever considered that on the pic there is no needle because it was made just for show. It doesnt mean she didnt do it. You cannot just botox your kid everytime you feel like it. It was an article about it but that doesnt mean that she would just botox her kid for no reason in front of the cameras when there is no pageant at that time. So perhaps they made the picture just to illustrate the procedure and because it is appropriate for the article. And she does the procedure when its time for shows/pageant. This sh*t is expensive.

No contract would ever be written in that language. GMA and ABC's contarcts are always in legal jargon. No lawyer would ever draw up papers that read like that.
