Michelle & Barack Obama Chug Through Ireland

5/23/2011 2:00 PM PDT BY Johnny Lopez

First Lady Michelle Obama and President Barack Obama engaged in some high priority business while in Ireland on Monday ... downing pints of Guinness at a pub.

The Prez visited the Irish town of Moneygall -- the home of his great-great-great grandfather.

After leading the bar in a toast ... the president plunked down some cash and told the bar tender, "I just want you to know that the President pays his bar tab ... that's how we do things."

Hopefully, he left a good tip.

Michelle has a look on her face that she does not know if she should spit or swallow? Maybe it is darker then what she is used to.

I don't see anything wrong with this. They are part taking in events while in other countries. It isn't like they are doing a keg stand. No big deal.

I don't know if I've ever seen a person have a Guinness and NOT make that face; it's one of savoring the drink. It's not the "nauseous" face you get with Bud.

He needs to fix the problems in this country before gallivanting around Ireland digging up his family tree. The tree will be there when he leaves office.

@foxxyred Dumb ass. What do you do for a living, shovel ****? Do you have any idea how the Secret Service works? No, I didn't think so.

School time moron. When the president goes overseas, they take all the food and drink with them. They took a keg of Motor Oil and hooked it up in the pub. It's really scary that you believe everything you see on television.

Why are so many people complaining about him traveling to Ireland? Not sure who you plan on electing in to office in 2012, Rebublican or Democrat, but they are going to have to travel to different countries and have international relations, no matter what is going on in this country. He didn't just go to Ireland to go into a pub and drink some Guinness, he also went to meet with world leaders. ALL PRESIDENTS DO THAT! Get over the drink people.

LETS NOT FORGET HE SENT HIS CONDOLENSCES TO JOPLIN, MO. WHERE ALMOST 100 PEOPLE DIED AND THE TOWN LOOKS LIKE A WAR ZONE. DONT CHA BET THOSE PEOPLE WOULD LOVE TO BE THROWING BACK A FEW INSTEAD OF REMOVING DEAD BODIES, AND CONSOLING THE SURVIVORS, AND TRYING TO REACH THOSE THAT ARE TRAPPED IN THE RUBBLE? HE DOESNT GIVE TWO ****S ABOUT AMERICA, HE SPENDS MORE TIME OVERSEAS FUCHING OFF OR PLAYING DADDY WITH HIS KIDS THAN HE DOES TRYING TO GET US OUT OF THIS FUCHING HOLE HE PUT US IN. FOR ALL YOU SMART AZZES ON HERE THAT ARE PRO O'BAMA WAIT TILL YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR YOUR NEIGHBORS HEALTH INSURANCE CAUSE THEY ARE POOR AND YOUR CONSIDERED RICH IN OBAMA EYES. GET YOUR FACTS TOGETHER BEFORE YOU SAY THE REPUBLICANS CANT DO BETTER, THE PROOF IS IN THE PUDDING, NOT AT THE BOTTOM OF A "PINT OF ALE" P.S. HE'S IRISH ALL OF A SUDDEN, PLEASEEEEEEEEEEE.,

compared to the leaders of most countries, they are a rock star couple, young and stylish. that's why they cause so much excitement overseas. and all americans benefit from it, whether we appreciate it or not.

Obama. . . What most of us think about him but are afraid to say out-loud. . . He's a fast-talking, manipulative, egomaniacal, narcissistic, back-stabbing elitist who can't be trusted. My evidence? Everything he says. Everything he does. May he get lost in the green fields of Ireland and never find his way out.

@debschira Yes hun, you're right. But please, I'm an alumni of UA and have been in Tuscaloosa helping friends. My ears are a little sensitive. Please don't yell. :)

You think he used his own money to pay the bar tab.
People in this country are losing their homes while we pay for this nonsense. Disgusting.
