Meh... until people aren't sheep and blindly follow celebrities, I believe influential people have an obligation to act responsibly.

the only way Casey will ever earn an ounce of respect from the rest of the human race again is if she does something respectalbe as becoming a full time student and get an actual job instead of waiting for the fat interview paycheck to deny dumping her babys' dead body

In the state of CA, a reporter's transcript overrides a clerk's transcript. An oral order supercedes a written one. I don't know the law in the State of Florida, but Judge Perry seemed to rule along the same lines. Why is this such a mystery? Of course the little princess should serve probation.

If a fight is in the last round or after the have way point through it. They should have gone to the judges and scored the fight. The fighter with the most points win in case of injury. At the very least be a no contest. I have seen thid in boxing and MMA fighting.

Meh leave Casey alone. She hasn't gotten into any trouble, at least none that I've heard of. How much money is Fl gonna have to spend to protect Casey?

I thought the court system is supposed to err on the side of the defense?

Florida law gives the court 60 days to correct clerical mistakes, so the Da should have asked for a correction

Is it money-hungry hypocrisy of MJ's family's part to allow KISS to perform at the tribute concert when Gene Simmons recent called Michael a pedophile?

When there is a discrepency between an oral pronouncement of judgment versus a minute order or an abstract of judgment, the resolution is generally in favor of the oral pronouncement. (People v. McGahuey (1981) 121 Cal.App.3d 524, 530; People v. Zackery (2007) 147 Cal.App.4th 380, 386; People v. Bowie (1977) 72 Cal.App.3d 143, 157.)
