"Real Housewives of Beverly Hills"

Bravo Re-Editing

Russell Armstrong Footage

8/19/2011 10:13 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

0819-russell-rhwbh-BNBravo is in the process of re-editing the second season of "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" due to Russell Armstrong's suicide ... according to the network.

The turmoil between Russell and Taylor Armstrong was a key storyline on the show's first season -- and sources have told us Russell was concerned about being portrayed as a villain.

A network exec says no decision has been made about the premiere date of the show -- which is currently scheduled for Sept. 5.

I've never seen the show but I'm sick of all these reality show cancelations or re-editing just because someone on the show dies. It's unfair to the public to re-edit it. If the guy was a villan, than let it be shown on the show that he's a villan.

I wonder how much they plan to edit -- just his appearances, or scenes where anything at all was said about him?

The Fame Whore

Russell's mother was in in an interview and said last season when Russell left Vegas to go to Phoenix, Taylor complained to everyone he had to leave for "business" and they made it look like the only thing Russell cared about was business and making money. The truth was that Russell left Vegas for Phoenix because his son was playing in a baseball tournament and he went there to be with him. Reality TV is not real life. It's the reality storyline they (Bravo) want you to see.

And if Taylor was beaten so bad she had to be hospitalized and have reconstructive surgery, the hospital would have had to call the police. She's claimed this at least twice. Where are the police report?s

BRAVO,
you push alcohol on a known alcoholi*****il she has to enter rehab to regain her sobriety.

Then you publicly humiliate and embarass a man, a human being, until he can't bear life anymore...

What's next for you, Bravo and Andy Cohen?

Why not film the rape of a woman!?

OH! BETTER YET! Film the RAPE of a CHILD!!! That should bring in the viewers, right???

THAT IS REALITY, RIGHT???? Go for it--it doesn't get more sensational than the RAPE OF A CHILD!

It is REALITY.

So he beats the hell out of his wife so badly she can't even be seen on camera, threatens the friends that she told, and then took the cowards way out by hanging himself. Why are they so concerned with him being portrayed as a villain? HE WAS ONE.

What does it matter how they edit it? We all know how the story line ends. He took the cowards way out.

They must be worried that they might get sued or they wouldn't bother, ratings are what counts.
