WM3 Heads to DMV

We Want to DRIVE!!!

8/19/2011 2:48 PM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

Moments after the West Memphis 3 were released from prison -- two of the men went straight to the DMV to get their very first driver's licenses. As if they haven't suffered enough ...

Sources close to the guys tell TMZ ... Damien Echols and Jason Baldwin went right from court to a nearby Arkansas Department of Motor Vehicles ... while Jessie Misskelley went home to spend some time with his family.

The guys should feel pretty comfortable at the DMV ... they're used to waiting around a long time for no reason.

Vicarious one made a good point. But it is possible there were no blood traces left around becuase the boys got mutilated in the water. They found all their shredded clothes and shoes downstream, which implies the possibility the attack took place in the water. The boy found on the bank, it is just as likely he was removed from the water after the mutilation as it is he was mutilated somewhere else and brought to the scene. I don't think the WM3 should have been convicted, but even I have to admit that it is poissble they killed the boys. They could have met up with the boys by chance, both hanging out near or in the woods, then walked together to the creek where the attack began, the mutilations taking place in the water to wash away evidence. But, it is just as likely the one boys dad did it as well. So they should not have been convicted, but no one can still say for sure who really did it, WM3 or other, especially given all of Misskelly's confessions.

Misskelley's coerced statement/confession did not remotely reflect the actual events of the crime that is why his entire account could not be presented by the Prosecution. The prosecution only played portions of his so-called confession that would implicate him, Echols and Baldwin. This was the bulk of the condemning 'evidence', fueled by a self proclaimed 'expert' on Satanic protocol. The judge in the case, Burnett, should have his license revoked. The crime scene or perhaps dump site was handled in a Keystone Cop manner, contaminating the evidence there. Other evidence was lost, leads not followed, few people that might have had significant information were questioned. People coming out of the woodwork to bring forth evidence so they could admittedly get a share of any reward money. I myself have no doubt of Damien, Jason, or Jessie's innocence due to all of the information that is now available to the public, the jurors in the initial trial did not have that luxury. I would encourage anyone, who wants to voice an educated opinion, to read more of the factual information that is abundantly available.
