Leo as Gatsby? What a joke! The redford version was excellent. It will be a tragedy of incometence, no doubt. One marketing factor going for them will be that the current generation probably has no idea who Gatbsy is, so the movie might have a chance at the box office.

Decrapio as Gatsby makes me cringe.

Shows you how dumb and reckless they are, riding in a convertible car with no seat belts, no air bags and no roll bar. Sure, the car looks cool and is worth a mint, but the people riding in it are not protected by any of the normal safety features of modern cars.

Same to see such a beautiful piece of machinery being driven by such a whiny loser.

Maybe 10 MPG, but who cares. In 1929, gasoline was something like 10 cents a gallon.
