I don't ever remember hearing anything bad/scandalous about these two. A truly wonderful couple. Hope they are happily back together again. Rest in peace.

You never remember hearing a bad word about either of them? There are countless biographies that tell what a womanizer Hope was, going so far as to impregnate a young womanthat killed herslef when he told her there was no way he would leave his wife for her. Delores was an extremely devout Catholic, and she let Bob do whatever he liked. There is also talk that there marriage is not real, and many other rumors that have do***ents to back them up. Hope was a has been that had his career revived by playing USO tours. While he was away having affairs with other woman, his wife sat happily at home, in her fog of denial. I don't believe in speaking ill of the dead, but I also do not believe in sugar coating anything either. Hope was a perv, plain and simple, and his wife was an enabler.

They decided to be buried there instead of at the (hideous) LA Cathedral like many famous Catholics. It was a slap in the face to the ex Cardinal of L.A., Mahony (good riddance - there is a new one now).

Delores was a real lady and was a role model for millions
of women who had husbands, or boyfriends, who were absent
due to military service. I don't think very many TMZ readers
are old enough to really comprehend what the world was like
during the 40's and 50's when Bob & Delores were in their
prime. RIP

I met Mrs. Hope several times during my years as head of the American Cancer Society in the desert. She could be haughty and funny, but was always comforting and loving to Mr. Hope, even as he lost his ability to focus and communicate effectively. She was an amazing gal and her religion was a major source of solice and energy to her through the years.
