MJ Fans

Shut Up or Beat It!

Some Michael Jackson fans who want to see their brand of justice meted out against Dr. Conrad Murray just got a stern warning from the judge's staff -- they'll be thrown out of court if they don't shape up.

Dr. Murray was in court today on some pretrial matters.  At one point the lawyers and Judge Michael Pastor went into chambers for a chit chat.  While they were gone, some MJ fans were staring Murray down and giving him dirty looks.

Murray then complained to the bailiff, who walked over to the fans and made it clear -- if they do it again they'll be thrown out of the courtroom.

Why must TMZ make fun of everything?
Murray can't stand the stares now? What will happen when he ends up in jail and is stared at by other prisoners.
There is a MUCH BETTER report on this story at CNN:

Typical MJ fanatics, give Murray a fair trial!
Reply

Yeah, right! As fair as the OJ trail was, right, buddy?

The man killed two people and got away with it.

This man gave MJ a drug that should have been use to put people to sleep in a hospital setting for operations, not to go beddy bye bye into that deep of sleep, you idiot!
That was a dangerous drug, dumbazz !!

What doctor in his right mind would do such a thing?

This man did wrong, and a blind person could see this.

What is fair, unlike OJ getting a smack on the hand with a glove, that don't fit (lol..lame excuse), this man should get some well deserve jail time.

I do not have to be a crazy azz MJ fan to say this.

They just looked at him, they didn't shout or threaten him, and he doesn't think he deserves it though MJ died on his watch because he left the room (and that's the mildest charge)?

Not only the world's worst and most incompetent and unethical doctor, and a possible murderer, but also a whimp?

Jury Pool Narrowed For Conrad Murray Trial

-

LOS ANGELES (CNN) -- Dozens of Los Angeles residents were dismissed from the jury pool in the trial of Michael Jackson's doctor Thursday, but at least 70 potential jurors remain for the final phase of jury selection set for Friday morning.

Prosecutors and defense lawyers mutually agreed on which potential jurors were too biased to put their prejudices aside to decide if Dr. Conrad Murray is criminally responsible for the pop icon's death, according to Murray defense lawyer Michael Flanagan.

"Both sides just want to get a fair jury that hasn't made up their mind and is willing to make a decision based upon the facts," Flanagan said after Thursday's jury selection session.

Lead defense lawyer Ed Chernoff said there were no surprising reasons for striking jurors "for cause," and the pool was filled with people who could be open minded. "Time ameliorates things," Chernoff said.

Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Michael Pastor meeting with lawyers for both sides behind closed doors Wednesday and Thursday afternoon to decide which of the 145 potential jurors in the jury pool should be stricken.

The process is designed to remove anyone from the jury pool with a bias they cannot put aside to decide the case.

The potential jurors remaining in the pool will gather in court Friday morning for face-to-face questioning by the lawyers, a process called "voir dire."

"I think voir dire is going to go very fast," Flanagan said after Wednesday's session.

While most judges allow defense lawyers an hour to question potential jurors, Pastor is allowing just 20 minutes for each side, Flanagan said.

"Twenty minutes is a pretty short period of time," Flanagan said. "You can't say 'hi' to everybody in 20 minutes."

It is expected 12 jurors and at least four alternates will be chosen by the end of court Friday.

Murray, who is charged with involuntary manslaughter in Jackson's death, would face up to four years in prison if the jury finds him guilty.

The "for cause" strikes were based mostly on written answers potential jurors gave to 113 questions earlier this month.

Lawyers had a week to study the questionnaire responses, a process they went through once before in April before the trial was delayed for several months.

"One of the things that we learned in the case the last go-around in the jury selection, it's absolutely shocking how many jurors think already they know everything about this case," defense lawyer Ed Chernoff said in an interview last week with Jean Casarez, a reporter with CNN sister network In Session.

Opening statements for the trial, which will be televised, are scheduled for September 27. The judge told members of the jury pool he expects their service will be over on or about October 28.

The Los Angeles coroner has ruled that Jackson's death on June 25, 2009, was caused by an overdose of the surgical anesthetic propofol combined with other drugs.

Prosecutors have accused Murray, who served as Jackson's personal and full-time physician at the time, of having a role in the overdose.

They contend Murray used a makeshift intravenous drip to administer propofol intended to help Jackson sleep, a practice they argue violated the standard of care and led to the pop music icon's death.

Jury Pool Narrowed For Conrad Murray Trial

Thanks, Mimi. Really interesting to hear Mezz discuss MJ today, talk about the GAVIN trial. It's just simply amazing to me how bogus that trial was, what true liars and scanners that GAVIN Clan really were and are. The evidence Mezz had against this entire family, his cross examination, facts, all their lies, scams, trying to manipulate and con, simply amazing. Also, to hear about all the evidence he had against Jordan and that Clan too, unbelievable! No wonder Jordie never showed up and Sneddon refused to subpoena him. It was a lies. A disgraceful. To hear the facts that Mezz presented, all the evidence...it's unbelievable that Michael had to go through this and did survive it..but, for how long...how much can one person take?

Thus..now, well..in one way, and one way only, his death has brought the TRUTH to the surface. It's clear the world mourned and still mourns him. The facts are out - they've finally be released and revealed and there's no disputing the facts; FBI files, not ONE shred of evidence against the man, after 17 years of stalking him..nothing, they found nothing. No one believes, now, that MJ ever harmed a child, if they do, they don't know the facts and talk out of pure ignorance, it's about them not about Michael Jackson. FACTS, Michael Jackson indeed had vitiligo, a horrible skin condition and lupus. He suffered a lot of autoimmune disease. Yet, never complained, never got on some woe is me, feel sorry for me platform. NO, he continued to create, did concerts for free, years worth of tours, with a large % of profits going to charities. Even in his death, he left 20% of his money to help children, charities.

At least the world now knows the real truth about MJ. NO child molestation, no wanting to be white, no weirdness (masks, umbrellas..because he had lung issues and skin issues). Too bad it's too late.

RIP, Michael Jackson
