Conrad Murray Trial -- You Be the Judge!

While Murray's defense was slick, some of it is just plain inaccurate. The idea that MJ "died instantly from taking propofol" really makes no sense. When propofol kills someone, it does so by stopping their breathing, which takes at least 16 minutes and can be reversed with artificial respiration.

Also, the idea that MJ had been using propofol continuously sounds wrong, too. He used propofol because of the "adrenaline h9igh" of rehearsing and performing. There is no evidence that he used propofol between his last tour, in 1997, and 2009.

On the other hand, Dr. Murray is a good man who did the world a favor. Just imagine if any other average Joe had little boys over to his house for sleep overs in his bed and at the entrance of the room there were cameras to alert this average Joe of intruders. A grown man has a secret compartment in his room along with security cameras outside his room to alert him of intruders. You have to be one emotional douchebag or douchebagette to think his sleep overs were "innocent"!!

Michael Jackson would not have had the Propofol and the set up to administrate it in his house had he not gotten it from the good Dr. Murray...so give the idiot his 3 years in jail......case closed...and let us all go on with our lives and stop wasting tax payers money $$$

Hopefully justice will prevail and Dr. Murray will be found not guilty. If not there may be ramifications throughout the medical community which could result in junkies (or the mentally ill) being denied any medical treatment at all.
