Okay. Somebody explain this to me. Defense lawyer claims that since Lindsey hasn't been working, she doesn't have the medical insurance to cover her counseling. But she can come up with $10,000(10%)to post bond. SOMEBODY IS A LIAR! Seriously, this trick needs jail time. She needs to KNOW this is not a joke anymore. I mean, how many chances is she going to get? Seems to me these judges are afraid of her for some reason. She better be glad I'm not one of the judges as I would have sent her to the next county's jail. That's what they do in Kansas. Better yet, let one of the women already in jail out and giver her bunk to Lindsey. It's a terrible thing to say, but this is the truth; I'll be glad when they find her dead and then we won't have to hear about her dumb ass anymore.
I think this is a very sad case.. everyone from her Mom to the Judge are enablers and unfortunately she is going to end up dead and thats exactly what needs to happen. Just leave her alone and let her snort her crack and smoke her litle pipe well pick her dumb ass off the street once she passes!!! sad but true!
I Honestly think jail could be good for her. All the judges and lawyers who keep getting her off with slaps on the wrist aren't doing her any favors, neither are her nut job parents I really hope she cleans up her act because I can see her turning up dead in a few years. That would be sad, she's just a kid.
I bet she gets her movie deal now and the whole thing goes away as she laughs all the way to the bank.
