Justin Bieber took a DNA test on Friday night in New Jersey, and now it's baby mama's move ... TMZ has learned.
We've learned ... Justin took the test at a lab under "very controlled circumstances." We're told there is a solid chain of custody, so it's going to be hard for Mariah Yeater or her lawyer to challenge it.
As we first reported, Justin's team will NOT settle or even discuss settlement with Yeater or her lawyer. It's now up to her to provide DNA results from Mariah's baby.
Justin has vowed to sue Mariah and her lawyers once he establishes he's not the daddy.
Mariah's lawyer was unavailable for comment.

I can't say that I know for a fact that this baby isn't his. But I do think it is a very good move on his part and for his case that he is interested in putting an end to any speculation by having the DNA test. On the one hand it will determine once and for all whether he is this child's father. On the other hand it is kind of ****ed up that he even had to take the test because some woman can just claim he is the father. However she would be very sorry if it were me because I would sue the hell out of her and every lawyer involved. This is not a cool thing to do if it's not true. I guess she thought that he wouldn't take it this far and that he would try to keep the whole situation quiet. But nobody should ever give in to any kind of blackmail. Once you pay the blackmailer never lets you off the hook. Good for Bieber for standing up for himself.
