Jerry Sandusky

Blocks Accusers

From Spilling Beans ... For Now

12/13/2011 5:51 AM PST BY TMZ STAFF

Jerry Sandusky just executed a legal maneuver that will keep 8 of his accusers from telling tales of horrific sexual abuse ... but only temporarily.

The former Penn State assistant coach waived his right to a preliminary hearing this AM in his child molestation case.  The judge was supposed to hear testimony from Sandusky's accusers and then decide if there was enough evidence to justify a trial.  By waiving his right to a prelim, the case will automatically be set for a full trial.

On his way into court, Sandusky said, "We fully intend to put together the best possible defense that we can do, to stay the course, to fight for 4 quarters.  We want the opportunity to present our side."

Outside the courthouse, Sandusky's lawyer, Joseph Amendola, told the media, "There will be no plea negotiations. This is a fight to the death."

Actually, an arraignment comes next, then the trial. But Sandusky's lawyer got what he wanted --- a long, long press conference outside the courthouse where he could present his side without having the prosecution bring out testimony.

wtf?

Sandusky's lawyer, Amendola, had sex with a 16 year old girl when he was 48 years old. He got her pregnant. She was his client! How fitting that a child rapist is being represented by a child rapist. Two rotted tooth s***bags. I can't help but wonder what happened to "ethics" when it comes to lawyers. Last I knew, sexing your (UNDERAGE) client, did not fall under the cloak of ethical behavior. BTW, he married the girl yrs later. But they are now divorced.

I hope that this: "This is a fight to the death" is Sandusky's promise of suicide.

OBAMA CLAUS

Upon closer examination of Jerry's front teeth when compared to his original ones ,i have observed that when he was a younger freak his two front teeth were inverted, slanting inward like an under-bite; now , his front teeth are bucked , so did someone punch him in the mouth causing him to need caps ? Or did he have a lousy dentist ? Not that i care about the jerk's teeth , far from it, if the accusations are correct, he will rot in H.

SO I WILL BE THE FIRST TO SAY IT : THE GOD PARTICLE IS Gonna get you .

This demon should have his pen*s and balls slowly excised, be made to eat them, and then be bled out to nonexistance.

Different Rules Apply

A certain horrific smell comes to mind when I look at this photo. I hope he rots in hell and I hope his victims find some peace in that fact. Just unbelievable and his ARROGANCE to boot!

God...look at those lifeless eyes. He looks like something you'd find in like a Japanese torture house sucking the souls out of children.

Jerry SlamRusty has no place to hide, he is long last busted and his lawyer is totaly weak. None of these crimes would be posible if BloePa PedTerno had not been enabling this sicko since at least 1998. Money and fame trumped ethics in BloePa's case.

People should respect Coach Sandusky. Calling him a molester is out of line, you should just say he “might have made a mistake” instead, out of respect for the game. You really have to consider what a great coach and sports man he is. You can’t tear down such a great sports figure was these great achievements. The game is more important than all this BS! Even McQuery knows this, you can see how he gave himself and out, and said, well, it looked like something, but I did not see actual sex.
- Coach Sandusky comes from a great sports legacy, his father Arthur was inducted into the Pennsylvania Sports Hall of Fame in 1989
- Coach Sandusky was one of the most notable major college football coaches never to have held a head coaching position
- He received Assistant Coach of the Year awards in 1986 and 1999
- Sandusky served as a graduate assistant under Paterno at Penn State in 1966
- He was assistant basketball and track coach at Juniata College in 1967
- offensive line coach at Boston University in 1968
- In his years as a linebacker coach and defensive coordinator, he coached many defensive squads, and Penn State gained a reputation for outstanding linebacker play, producing 10 first-team All-Americans at that position
- His final game coaching at Penn State was a notable game for Sandusky. Penn State faced Texas A&M in the 1999 Alamo Bowl in San Antonio, Texas. The Nittany Lions'd defense shut out Texas A&M, 24–0, the only bowl game shutout victory for Penn State under Paterno. Sandusky was recognized in ways usually reserved for a head coach. He was doused with a water bucket and carried to the center of the field on the shoulders of his players
- Sandusky hosted many summer football camps and was active in The Second Mile, a children's charity he founded in State College, Pennsylvania in 1977
- from football coach **** Vermeil about Sandusky: “He could very well be the Will Rogers of the coaching profession.”
This is a great sports coach! Think of the yardage he added to these players record? What about that? No easy task.
