Elisabeth Hasselbeck

My Conservative NYC Pad

... is Worth MILLIONS!

3/6/2012 3:00 AM PST BY TMZ STAFF

Elisabeth Hasselbeck is HOPING to sell her swanky NYC condo
"The View" co-host Elisabeth Hasselbeck is HOPING to sell her swanky NYC condo ... but thanks to the crappy real estate market ... she could end up taking a serious hit on the place.

Hasselbeck and her former NFL quarterback hubby Tim just listed their Upper West Side condo for a cool $3.3 million ... just under the $3.309 they paid for the place back in 2008.

The 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is pretty sick ... marble flooring, 10-foot ceiling, massive windows with a great city view. The building also includes a full-time doorman, courtyard, fitness room and 52-foot indoor swimming pool.

So why are the Hasselbecks packin' up shop? A rep for Elisabeth tells us, "It's time for a backyard! Tim and Elisabeth have decided to trade in city living for the suburbs."

Nice place. Wish I could buy it.

Good luck on selling that, eh?

Ewww! Wouldn't give 10 cents for it. Baby blue walls with black and white checkered wallpaper!?? Did she let her kids choose that? Cheap a$$ looking furniture too.

Wrong photos? Story says marble floors, pics show only wood. Her kids must not ever stay there -- no toys, just lots of tables for good little republican boys and girls to sit at while memorizing republican hogwash. And the views, wow, a filthy un-airconditioned factory and an enormous water tower! You couldn't get three cents for that place anywhere but New York, where money and common sense are total strangers.

What an ugly place. All that blue and plaid? YUCK!

It looks like it was decorated in the 70's. It's gawd-ugly, that's why it's not selling.

who would want to buy a place stained with hasselbeck?

Not a fan of her but I do like the apartment. Paint and wallpaper is easy to change, you have to look past that when buying. All those built in cabinets are a dream for someone who hates clutter, hides the toys, keeps the place looking clean. Possibly marble floors should have been worded marble countertops?

First order of business is repaint everything. Did Martha Stewart design the place?

Wow, those blue walls are ugly, how could they live with that, she has horrible taste, plus I looked at the photos and floor plan, the master bedroom is right off the foyer, that's not good! No way I'd pay $3 million for that, I'm not impressed in the least. They better chnge that paint to a neutral or they'll never sell it! I look at ritzy real estate all the time amazes me the ugly interiors these million $ homes have. Money does NOT = good taste.

They should be lucky to get offers for anything under 3 million, less commission, closing, they're going to be taking a hit, but it's not like they're 'poor', and can't afford to.

Join the crowd lady no one is getting what their homes are worth so why do you think youd be any different. All I see printed in our Sunday paper is how this star and that star just sold their home for more than they bought it for and for the life of me dont know why they can but us normal people cant. When we lose a home chances are we dont have any money left to get a new "burb" home.

Who in the hell decorated this place? Most of the furniture shown in the pictures belongs in a beach house. I would have expected MUCH MORE from someone as "perfect" as Elisabeth, and expected an (ex) NFL player to put his foot down and say he wasn't going to live inside a baby blue cloud.

Darn I thought they were trying to sell that place because they were moving to another planet.
