Scarlett & Mila's Hacker

Cops Plea Deal with Feds

Christopher Chaney
will plead guilty to hacking Mila Kunis and Scarlett Johansson -- and leaking nude photos of them to the Internet -- as part of a plea deal he's struck with Federal prosecutors.

The plea agreement -- filed today in Federal Court -- states Chaney will plead guilty to 9 counts including identity theft, wiretapping, and unauthorized access and damage to a protected computer.

As part of the deal Chaney will have to hand over his computers, external drives, and his cell phone -- and he could be sentenced to up to 60 years in prison and 3 years probation.

Chaney was busted by Feds back in October, and initially pled not guilty. A hearing is set for Monday ... when he is expected to officially enter his guilty plea.

"he could be sentenced to up to 60 years in prison and 3 years probation."

60 years AND 3 years probation? Man, that 3 years is gonna be a killer. Wouldn't you think after 60 years they'd just let him go home and be left alone?

Leader of the ignorant masses

So the lesson here is cause physical injury or possible even death and you can get a shorter sentence than spreading around naked pictures of some celebrity? Celebrities already get obscene amounts of money for playing pretend do they really need special treatment from the FBI and judicial system too? And yet normal everyday people cannot seem to get justice when they need it.

Aw, he's going to get life in prison for taping phones and pulling up NUDE pics that these bitches shouldn't have on their phones. Oh wait, it's Scarlett and Mila, he's getting hard time for hacking and posting pictures of the two SKINNIEST women in history and gave most men, aneurisms and nightmares from having to actually see the pics.

He doesn't deserve to go to prison. Give him a government job and call it a day.

How is that a good deal for him?

So, if a celeb commits crimes, they get probation. But, if you commit a crime against a celeb, then you get severe prison time. The USA is no better than a 3rd-world country!

This is extremely ridiculous! 60 years? Thats insane. Just for a coupe of pictures, he should just get 3 years probation. The justice system wrongs another citizen if WE let this happen. "Celeberties" get away with alot of things or just a slap on the wrist. this is BS!

I agree that he should do time, but I think the time he spends should be used in a way that will help the internet become more secure. Catch Me If You Can comes to mind ...how the system during that time was improved by someone who looked to exploit vunerable weaknesses in the USA's financial and airline sectors. I also think that people like celebrities are never really VICTIMS - as they are constantly exploiting themselves in ways that are ALWAYS to their own advantage! An example? Take any Men's magazine - like GQ - and see which stars willingly reveal whatever is expected for the right price. Pop Quiz time: Which High School Musical Star recently agreed to do a threesome in a swimming pool for a movie scene. Also, which Pop Singer can be recalled getting 'Dirty' enough in a music video to force you to distract the kids in the room. I can safely say I have not one photo of myself that has ever been taken that is vunerable for exploitation ... this guy who will now do 'time' somehow knew that he would find what he was looking for! Is that SURPRISING to anyone? When the careers of some stars start to wane, it is not difficult to predict that it will soon be coming off anyway, like Cher once proved on a Military Flight Deck not so long ago. Fake Outrage will soon be heard from the fans of the next 'Wardrobe Malfunctioning Celebrity'! The lesson here for me is enjoy the benefits of a non-descript life of obscurity - until you have a Crystal Meth Moment ...and decide to shave yourself bald in public :(
