Why does she suddenly look so old? She looks like she suddenly aged thirty years. Is she that worried about a topless picture in a private yard with her husband? When you are in the public eye, you should NEVER expect total privacy. You gave that up by marrying a royal (or celebrity). They were within their right to relax, but you have to always ASSUME there are prying eyes. Big Deal? - no. They are young and in love. Let them do what they do. But they should never forget that SOMEONE can see them.

I am a HUGE FAN of William and Kate's... THAT BEING SAID... even though they are royalty... and even though they were at a "private residence" WHENEVER they are OUTSIDE/in PUBLIC (regardless of what country they are in) they should behave under the "guise" that THEY ARE BEING PHOTOGRAPHED. It might not be the ideal "way to live" (always ASSUMING you are being PHOTOGRAPHED) but it COULD save a lot of problems. I have to wonder though HOW secluded and "remote" Lord Linley's place was... those "shots" are pretty "direct" (clear shot), not through trees/shrubbery or fencing... even with a telephoto lens...

I have to agree with EVAN... he said he thought thre was a "security breech/rat" within the "FIRM"... after the "Harry incident" and now this with Kate and William it makes one wonder how tight their security is.

The royal dilemma,

Why in the world would/ should it be any different to publish pictures of her than it is for anybody else? Any way you look at it its an invasion of privacy, no matter who it is.
Do I look at them? Sure! It is right? Probably not!
BUT...If we give the green light to paps to photograph people like Lindsey Lohan, the same rule should apply to everyone.
