Allen Iverson to Judge

Don't Screw Me Like

You Screwed Usher's Wife

1/5/2013 5:30 AM PST BY TMZ STAFF
EXCLUSIVE

0104-allen-iverson-gettyNBA legend Allen Iverson wants a new judge in his divorce case -- claiming the current judge unethically does legal favors for campaign contributors, and he's afraid she will screw him just like she did Usher's estranged wife.

Iverson filed a motion for the judge to recuse herself last month, claiming she has accepted campaign donations from his estranged wife's attorney -- and has a track record of making biased decisions for contributors.

As for the Usher connection -- the lawyer who repped the singer in his child custody showdown with Tameka Raymond is also repping Iverson's ex.

In his motion, Allen claims the judge's decision to strip Tameka of primary custody was biased, and he refuses to get the same treatment.

The judge ain't going anywhere ... for now. She shut down Allen's motion, claiming he failed to provide enough evidence to back his allegations.

Another judge should hear the evidence. Not the presiding judge. This will lead to an appeal. I used to watch LA law.

She's baaaack

You procreated with her. You married her. When will you playas figure it out? There is money and there is dick and any golddigger knows that the way to the money is by way of the dick. Rule #1 - Don't procreate. Rule #2 - Don't marry her. If you don't abide by the rules you deserve to pay for your stupidity.

I seriously doubt that he used the word "screw" in front of the judge. Judges tend to frown at such language in a court of law.

This sounds like a job for TMZ papa-raz-u. Why don't you stalk this judge night and day in search of the story? Or, are you chickenchit?

Seriously, who is looking into this judge? Clearly, what she did to Tameka had some underlying and devious abuse of authority by that judge.

This judge needs to go to jail for what she did to Tameka.

If it's true that for every campaign contributor, she has ruled in their favor then he has every right to want a new judge. Judges are biased and it isn't fair for him to go through the entire court process for an already determined result. Anywho, I can say that he is better than the rest. Atleast she was a wife and not a "baby momma" like the rest of the fools have. On top of that, they've been married for 11 years; his H.S. sweetheart. That deserves some credit. Atleast he married for love, while these other guys are out here marrying for the size of a woman's ass, and other stupid trivial things; or not even marrying at all. With that being said, I fail to understand how he's broke. But then again, he was a basketball player and they spend it just as quick as they get it.
