Conrad Murray

Leave Me Out of MJ Wrongful Death Suit ...

Or Face Destruction

EXCLUSIVE

Dr. Conrad Murray believes his testimony in Michael Jackson's wrongful death lawsuit would lead to catastrophic consequences for one side -- and he's not saying which -- so it's best to leave him the hell alone.

Murray made the veiled threat last night in a bizarre, rambling voicemail he left on a friend's machine -- obtained by TMZ -- and you have to hear it to believe it.

The doc who's serving time for manslaughter says, "If I am compelled to speak [in court] I can cause one party or the other to experience the impact of an immediate seismic shock" resulting in "a total and complete debacle" for both sides.

Murray -- who was subpoenaed to testify in Katherine Jackson's $40 billion lawsuit against AEG -- has pled the 5th because he doesn't want to incriminate himself in any upcoming legal proceedings stemming from his appeal to overturn his manslaughter conviction.

Which begs the question ... what's he NOT saying? You gotta listen to this thing.

Katherine Jackson sueing AEG for $40 billion on wrongful death.

AEG will tear Michael Jackson apart. That should have been said at Murrays manslaughter trial.

Jackson was broke. He wanted and pushed for the tour. He pursuided that he was ready and fine. He was the one who insisted on Dr. Murray and would not take no for an answer. Jackson wanted Murray (he had a clean script pad)

AEG what's wrong with London doctors if Michael should get sick? Jackson insisted on Murray.

Jackson got all his demands met. Once met Jackson barely made 1 rehersal. Bellied up a few days later.

Michael Jackson himself was the true fraud.

Since the late 80's?? After a HUGELY successful world tour??
If Jackson was a 'hard core' prescription addict since then, he would have died a lot sooner like a lot of his peers, and his autopsy would have reflected the long term damage caused by this.
Murray was a self serving idiot who neglected his only patient and ultimately caused his death, and that is the only reason MJ died, yes on Murrays watch.
No comparison between Whitney Houston’s death, she was addicted to crack cocaine, so a junkie is usually referred as an addict addicted to ‘street drugs' and not a person who required prescription med's due to their do***ented various health issues.
Houston was a hard core addict to street drugs for years.
Murray overdosed MJ with Propofol combined with sedatives.
He is responsible for the death of Michael Jackson, on June 25 2009.
You therefore, should really 'Cut the crap'...

Michael Jackson‘s criminal defense attorney, Tom Mesereau, is continuing to fight on behalf of his late client — and as part of his ongoing defense, he will be testifying in support of Katherine Jackson during the upcoming trial for her wrongful death lawsuit against concert promoters AEG Live, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

“I’m on the plaintiff’s witness list because AEG Live plans on bringing up the 2005 molestation trial in which Michael Jackson was completely exonerated. I will be explaining to the jury that Michael was found not guilty on 10 felony counts involving allegations of child molestation and abuse,” Mesereau tells Radar. “Michael had a very strong reputation after the criminal trial and everywhere I went and spoke, people were always coming up to me offering their support – everyone was extremely positive.”

As previously reported, jury selection for the $40 billion lawsuit began Monday in Los Angeles. Katherine Jackson contends that AEG Live were negligent by hiring Conrad Murray, to be her son’s personal physician for his upcoming tour.

Jackson died just two weeks before the This is It tour was set to have kicked off at London’s O2 arena in the summer of 2009 – it was to be the Thriller singer’s much anticipated comeback.

In November 2011 Murray was convicted of the involuntary manslaughter of Jackson, and was sentenced to four years in county jail.

AEG Live asserts that Murray had been Jackson’s personal doctor before they hired him – and that the employment contract was never actually signed off on.

When asked what Michael would have thought about his mother and children, Prince and Paris testifying at the trial, Mesereau said his late client would not have wanted them thrust into the media glare, but that he would have understood the need to seek justice.

“Of course Michael wouldn’t want them to be in the media spotlight,” he says. “However, Michael loved his mother and I think he would have understood her need to go through with this. I’m sorry that the children and Katherine have to go through this ordeal, but it’s very important to them and I fully support them. This lawsuit absolutely has merit.”

Jury selection could take three weeks, with the trial potentially lasting up to three months.

I believe that he has something over AEG more than he does Michael.. I just can't see Michael confiding in someone ( a doctor ) that he's known for a short time. To get the drugs/medicine.. yes.... to confide in Conrad for anything personal about himself.. I don't think so.. Michael was too much of a private person, and from what I have researched, ( a very good reason NOT to trust a damned soul in this world.. Conrad was paid to bump Michael off of the map.. because of the expose' on Sony, and AEG... He wanted out...and the only way out of the Evil Empire of the Music Industry.. if you have signed your name in blood, is to GO OUT...with your own blood..<

@sarajane...See it's that little thing called a timeline.

Pull up on a browser... ed sullivan show michael jackson. This is from '69. Another good one is the '72 Oscars Jackson is singing Ben song from Willard movie.

Jackson refused to do Motown 25 if he couldn't do his new songs. Hence the moonwalk he's been practicing on since 5 and now on national TV. Jackson copies Bob Fosses dance moves (Look how is face is starting to change).

Jackson can't top Thriller. Jackson was kick ass but that was 30 years ago.
