WWE superstar Jack Swagger was found GUILTY of driving his car while half-baked -- but won't spend any more time behind bars, TMZ has learned.
We broke the story ... Jack -- real name Jacob Hager -- was pulled over for speeding near Biloxi, Mississippi back in February, but was then arrested on suspicion of DUI (not for alcohol) after cops say they found weed in his car.
Jack was charged with DUI, speeding and possession -- but pled not guilty.
Today in court, a judge found the WWE star GUILTY -- with a capital G -- for DUI and speeding. The possession charge had previously been dropped.
Jack was sentenced to 6 months unsupervised probation, fined $1,498 (including court costs) and ordered to participate in MASEP -- an alcohol / substance education class for first-time DUI offenders.
Hey, school beats jail any day.
