Tera Patrick: Not Available!

Tera Patrick is one of the most sizzling hotties in the adult film industry. But in 2005 the super sexy adult star sued the company that placed this ad: "Tera Patrick...available for in or out call...call me direct." Tera said she was enraged by the misleading ad, charging that it confused her fans by suggesting she's available for escort services.

Tera said the ad gave "the impression that I was out there actively working... they would say 'hey I called you last night, it was great talking to you.' I was like... ?" Experts say the porn business is rife with phony ads and it's hard to trace the scammers. Tera complains, "they can airbrush a penis on you if they want." Tera's lawyers said the suit was disposed of in her favor as the company she sued closed up shop.
