An unusually calm Dave Navarro rang in the new year Vegas-style, with a brunette on his arm ... typical Dave.
The guitar legend attempted to count down the seconds at Treasure Island's club Tangerine.
Although he doesn't seem to be in full rocker mode ... he proved last month that he plans ahead for any "big" party.
