Picture This: Larry Birkhead on "Entourage"

Larry Birkhead as a Hollywood agent on a hit television show? That was the case on an episode of "Entourage" which aired last year.

As our good friends at Radar pointed out, Birkhead had a cameo in the episode titled "Three's Company," which ran last July, and was repeated this weekend. Birkhead played one of Ari Gold's associates in a scene where Ari (Jeremy Piven) is trying to find a job for Johnny Drama (Kevin Dillon). Birkhead has no lines and is only on screen for a few seconds.

He'll surely be a frontrunner for an Emmy next year in the category "Best Comedic Performance by Someone Who May Have Fathered Anna Nicole Smith's Baby."
